The service
AI Assistant is provided by Seeing Systems Europe Limited (company 17017240, registered in England and Wales at 82 St. John Street, London EC1M 4JN). By using it you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. You must be 16 or older.
Using it lawfully
AI Assistant listens to the conversation around you. You are responsible for using it only where that is lawful, for telling the people around you, and for getting their consent where the law requires it. Do not use it to record or monitor anyone covertly.
What the notes are
Notes come from AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions, or in an emergency. Do not let them distract you while driving or doing anything else that needs your attention.
Credit and payment
- New users get $5 of free credit, once per Even Realities account. Free credit has no cash value, and we can withdraw it if it is being abused.
- Top-ups are prepaid credit in US dollars, charged by Stripe in your local currency where Stripe supports it. Credit is not refundable, and it does not expire.
- Use is charged from your credit at what our providers charge us plus 50%. Listening is charged in 5-minute blocks, each paid when it starts; listening again before a block ends uses the rest of that block at no extra cost, and the next block starts where the last one ends. Notes are charged per model call. The app shows current prices before you use a model.
- When your credit runs out, the app stops listening until you top up.
Your own keys
If you use your own provider keys, the providers charge you directly under their own terms, and we charge nothing.
Changes and availability
We may change AI Assistant, its prices or these terms, and will show the date of the current terms here. We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available.
